Project start dates depend on weather, material availability, and site readiness. Clients must provide safe and timely property access for scheduled work.
Payment schedules are stated in your quote or contract. Final payment is due upon substantial completion and walkthrough approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We use premium materials and can follow your requested brands or finishes. Final color selections and approvals should be confirmed before application begins.
Warranty coverage applies to workmanship under normal conditions and excludes damage from leaks, structural movement, abuse, or external environmental factors beyond our control.
